At the Medispa we offer full-service, state-of-the-art laser treatments. Lasers have revolutionized the field of dermatology by treating cosmetic problems safely without fear of scarring. All lasers emit only light energy and are, therefore, safe in all ages.

BLUE LIGHT TREATMENTS FOR ACNE  - The Blue light is a light source used to treat acne on the face, chest, or back areas. These painless treatments can be used in place of or as an adjunct to conventional acne therapy possibly reducing the need for antibiotics, Accutane and topical treatments. The Blue light may be used for teens and adults alike and is performed safely and quickly as a series of treatments.

SPIDER VEINS ON THE FACE - Spider veins on the face can be "zapped" away with laser technology. Diffuse areas of redness and spider veins caused by heredity, sun damage or Rosacea can be treated effectively with the latest lasers without "downtime". Results may be dramatic and eliminate the need for makeup to cover up. Multiple treatment sessions are often required.

SPIDER VEINS ON THE LEGS - Spider veins on the legs can be treated safely with laser or injection treatments. Smaller vessels are treated with the laser, and larger vessels are treated with a series of Sclerotherapy injections directly into the vessels. The treatment sessions are very effective for most vessels and enable you to bare your legs with confidence.

SUN SPOTS - Brown spots on the face, hands, chest, arms or any other sites can be eliminated with treatment with one of our lasers. Treatments are quick and virtually painless. Dozens of spots can be removed in a single 30 minute session. All we ask is that you cover up while the spots are healing and diligently protect the areas from their cause - the sun. Use of one of our broad-spectrum sunscreen products is the best form of prevention of recurrence or development of new sun spots.

INTENSE PULSED LIGHT (IPL) - The IPL is a laser-like light source used for photorejuvenation. Treatments are performed on the face, chest, hands, or arms to remove diffuse brown or red spots caused by sun damage or rosacea. A series of treatments leaves your skin "even-toned" without the mottled brown and red blotchiness so characteristic of sun-damaged skin. These treatments take years off of your face, trunk, or hands.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL - The most innovative method of hair removal, Laser therapy has revolutionized hair removal technology. This state of the art method uses light energy to destroy hair and hair follicles. Treatments are safe and effective without use of radiation, and can be used in men and women on all body sites. Treatments involve the use of light Energy only. Most patients require 6 treatment sessions over a year to effectively treat any given body or facial area. Hair regrowth diminishes with each treatment session, and final results are long-term. Maintenance treatments may be used for any residual hair regrowth after the year program.
